REFUND POLICY

Because Ivory Mims Group, LLC provides professional services, consultations, retainers, deposits, document-review fees, tax-preparation fees, and work already performed are generally nonrefundable.
A payment reserves professional time and may cover preparation, research, administrative work, document review, or services performed before the final work product is delivered. No refund will be issued because a client changes their mind, fails to provide requested information, misses an appointment, disagrees with a lawful tax result, or does not receive an expected refund or outcome.
If Ivory Mims Group, LLC cancels a service before work begins, the amount paid for that service may be refunded or credited. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed and corrected when verified.
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
Government filing fees, third-party fees, software charges, bank fees, and amounts paid to outside professionals are nonrefundable once incurred.
Any service-specific engagement agreement controls if its refund or cancellation terms differ from this policy. Questions or disputes must be submitted in writing within seven days of the charge.
